Politicians
are the largest and most dangerous criminal mob in the United States. This is totally
unacceptable!

Stern measures must be taken to
save the Great American Experiment in Republican Democracy.

measures, our current down-curve will take us to the trash heap of

Loving
our country comes down to loving the American Vision where government should
be of the people, by the people, and for the people.
Politicians
should be elected using an honest and accurate voting system, i.e., paper
ballots that are hand-marked and hand-counted ~ at precinct level ~ under
close monitoring by ALL concerned citizens wanting to participate in such
monitoring.
Government
should be run according to laws that are acceptable to the majority of
citizens and not ignored by hired help who find them contrary to their
likes and their agendas.
The
Constitution should be protected by fail-safe checks and balances that are
rigidly enforced.
All
court proceedings at all levels up to and including the Supreme Court of
the United States should be recorded on audio/video tape for later public
reference. In addition, citizens attending court sessions should be
permitted to record proceedings themselves. This to mitigate a hard fact:
Too many judges deserve to have white stripes painted on their black robes
so they will look the parts of the skunks they are.
The
following assume enabling legislation:
Politicians
~ and this term includes all judges up to and including justices of the
United States Supreme Court ~ shall be required to sign a statement before
receiving any paycheck acknowledging that they are hired help who
are obligated to serve the sovereign people with humility, with respect,
and without any airs of arrogant, condescending pomposity.
Politicians
who refuse to answer questions regarding the people's business and/or
due process shall immediately forfeit their positions and never again
be eligible for public employment.
Politicians
who treat the people's business as none of their business shall
immediately forfeit their positions and never again be eligible for
public employment.
Politicians
who refuse to see themselves ~ and conduct themselves ~ as hired help
shall immediately forfeit their positions and never again be eligible for
public employment.
Politicians
who ignore the sovereignty of we, the people, shall be tried for treason
and, if found guilty, executed.
Politicians
who assert sovereignty over we, the people, shall be tried for treason
and, if found guilty, executed.
Politicians
who violate their oath of office shall be tried for treason and, if found
guilty, executed.
When
persons attempt to throw elections, they shall be tried for treason and,
if found guilty, executed.
Politicians
who solicit and/or accept bribes ~ including campaign contributions
~ shall be tried for treason and, if found guilty, executed.
Bribery by any name is still bribery!
Persons
who attempt to bribe politicians shall be tried for treason and, if found
guilty, executed.
Judges
and law enforcement officers who prostitute justice shall be tried for
treason and, if found guilty, executed.
Persons
who preach and/or implement holy war and/or acts of terrorism to promote
their own religious views shall be tried for treason and, if found
guilty, executed.
Politicians shall each be required to pass a course of study having to do with American
history and American government ~ or forfeit their positions. Such course
of study to be offered on the Internet at no cost to those taking said
course. Such course to be planned and presented by full professors on the
faculties of major universities including Harvard, the nation's oldest
university. Such course to be ratified by majority vote of the sovereign
people of the United States.
Controversial
issues at any level of government shall be decided by majority public
votes.
The
U.S. shall not surrender any measure of national sovereignty unless and
until approved by a majority public vote.
Unless
the nation is attacked, no military action shall be commenced unless
and until approved by a majority public vote.
Events
of September 11, 2001, shall be thoroughly investigated by qualified
and impartial persons provided full authority to do whatever needs to be
done. If U.S. officials are found to have planned and executed events of
that date ~ to any extent ~ such officials shall be tried for treason and, if found
guilty, executed.
Each
citizen shall be required to attend at least 1 hour of 1 meeting of a
public body each month in order to maintain his or her right to vote.
Democracy can not be healthy without an informed electorate. Elected
decision-makers MUST be monitored by the sovereign people.
